Your satisfaction in Tropical Vibes products is guaranteed. If your order requires a return, please note that all returns must be made within 30 days of the shipped date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition you received it.
Customers are responsible for return shipping.
Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
- In order to protect our employees and our customers from any additional risk, we have made the decision to change our merchandise return policy. We will not be accepting returns of any merchandise until further notice. This policy is consistent at all our stores, as well as with all of our competitors. Once a product has left the store, we cannot accept it back and give a refund.
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
- ONLINE PROCESS:
- Enter your order number and email address at the bottom of this page.
- Check your inbox for a Return Confirmation email from Tropical Vibes. This email will contain your Refund Authorization Number
- Write the Return Authorizations (RA) Number below and on the outside of your package.
- Place this form, copy of original packing slip and your items in a package and ship to:

- Download the Return Slip Here
- Fill out the return slip "alternate" form found at the bottom of the document.
- Send the form and your package to the above address.
- We will begin processing your return once the package is received at our facility.
PLEASE NOTE THIS PROCESS WILL TAKE LONGER THAN THE ONLINE METHOD.
- Credits on Returns: Please allow 2 - 3 weeks from date of return shipment for your credit to appear.
- Exchanges: Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges currently. Please follow the above instructions for a return. Then come back to the site (https://tropicalvibes.com) to place a new order.
