Rum Paloma
Ingredients
- 2 oz dark rum
- 3 oz fresh grapefruit juice
- ½ oz fresh lime juice
- Splash of club soda
- Pinch of salt
- Grapefruit slice
How to build it
Add rum, grapefruit juice, lime, and a pinch of salt to an ice-filled glass. Stir. Top with a small splash of soda for a little lift. The salt bridges the bitter grapefruit and the sweet caramel rum — this is the sleeper hit on the menu. Salt is non-negotiable, don't skip it.
