Rum & Ginger Storm
Ingredients
- 2 oz dark rum
- 4–5 oz ginger beer
- ½ oz fresh lime juice
- Lime wedge
How to build it
Build over ice in a highball. Add lime juice first, then rum, then float the ginger beer by pouring it over the back of a spoon. This keeps a visual layer effect. The float lets guests nose the rum before mixing. Simple, iconic, and the vanilla in your rum rounds out the ginger's edge.
